Pioneer Park, the sprawling park area maintained by the Town of Winifred and by
community volunteers (meaning virtually everyone in Winifred).
heated outdoor swimming pool, a picnic area with deluxe permanent BBQ equipment
and large covered and enclosed gathering/eating areas, a full kids area of new
playground equipment, horseshoe pits, and a series of hiking trails.
The park is also used for camping and for parking RVs. Outside of the swimming pool
facilities, no shower facilities are available within the park. Permanent chemical
bathroom facilities are available at the ball parks.
